Data includes "community", "nontransient noncommunity", and "transient noncommunity" public water supply sources. Limited "state-regulated" sources are also included. The combined GIS spatial data file of all wells, infiltration galleries, and springs was developed by Oregon Dept. of Environmental Quality/Water Quality Division/Drinking Water Protection.
Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The Urbanizable Fringe (UF-10) Overlay District is established to effectively control the potential for urban sprawl and scattered urbanization to achieve the goal of compact growth. This concept will remain the primary growth management technique for directing geographic patterns of urbanization in the City. The UF-10 Overlay District limits the division of land and prohibits urban development of unincorporated urbanizable land which will eventually be annexed to the City.
